My Life Diary |
This is a look into my life, I've always wanted to keep a Diary but it never ends up working out. So I decided to start my Diary online! I will post things from my past on here and will also include current events. I will share the good and the bad, life as I see it and experience it. |
My parents were my world when I was a little girl. I just loved seeing them happy, and loving each other. In my eyes they were the perfect couple, kind of like a real life prince & princess. I particularly remember laying on a blanket while I was coloring with my crayons and asking my dad, ” Hey dad, will you and mom be together forever?” To which he answered “yes.” I am not sure why at that age I would even ask that question, out of nowhere. My fathers answer comforted me and my fears of them maybe one day seperating (Funny because if this were a book, that would probably be a forshadowing of what is to come). As you may have guessed years later my parents relationship started to deteriorate. I didn’t realize it at first, because I was still a kid and I think they tried to not fight in front of us. The day I realized that something was terribly wrong was the night my father got all dressed up, and cologned. My mother was laying in bed and asked, “Where are you going?” he answered “I’m going dancing” my mother quickly jumped up with joy and replied “I’m going to go get dressed” his face turned cold immidetly and he responded “your not going anywhere” and walked out of the room. That night my mom layed in and simply cried. I layed with her and hugged her, but I couldn’t really do much to stop her from crying. I didn’t know why my father was being so cruel.
I was the first born in my family, which means many responsabilities and expectations where placed solely on me. I have a total of five siblings, who I love with all my heart. I was always taught to be the responsible one, the one in charge, the prime example. This role will turn out to be harder to fulfill as time progressed. My childhood was for the most part a happy one. I was raised in a tropical island, I enjoyed going to the beach, pool, and eating mangos. But my most treasured memories are those spent with my siblings, and family members. Having so many siblings definitely made everyday interesting.
